Despite the chilly temperatures, members of the Duluth Superior Eco-Rotary Club were happy to volunteer to clean up their adopted highway on October 18. The Eco-Rotary Club has adopted 2 miles of Rice Lake Road between Ridgeview Road and W. Tischer Road. The next time you drive along this clean stretch of highway, thank the Eco-Rotary Club!
